Both! I have an office in the heart of Dallas, but also offer teletherapy services for those seeking a convenient and accessible way to meet. My teletherapy services maintain the same level of confidentiality and professionalism as in-person sessions, ensuring that you receive the support you need in a way that fits your lifestyle.

I take the time to understand who you are, what has shaped you, and what you want to be different - not just the symptoms bringing you in.
My approach is warm, relational, and active. I’ll give you space to be honest and feel understood, while also helping you make connections, notice patterns, and gently challenge what may be keeping you stuck. We can integrate insight-focused therapy, practical tools, attachment work, and EMDR when it is helpful, always at a pace that feels right for you.
The goal is not just to feel better in the moment. It is to create change that feels real in your life and relationships.

EMDR isn't a fit for everyone, and that's okay — some people do better with a different approach, or with EMDR alongside other kinds of therapy. The best way to know is to talk it through together: in a consultation, we can look at what you're hoping to work on and figure out whether EMDR makes sense as part of your treatment plan.
