Good Faith Estimate
Your Right to Receive a Good Faith Estimate of Expected Charges
Under the No Surprises Act, if you are uninsured or choose not to use insurance for your sessions, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of how much your therapy is expected to cost.
What this means for you:
• You can ask for a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling, and you'll receive one in writing.
• If you schedule a service, you'll receive a written Good Faith Estimate at least 1 business day before your appointment, or at least 3 business days before if the appointment is scheduled 10 or more business days in advance.
• Your estimate will include the expected cost of services for the coming year, based on how often we expect to meet.
• If you're billed at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the bill.
• Keep a copy of your Good Faith Estimate for your records.
Fees:
Individual therapy session (50 minutes): $170
Free 15-minute consultation: no charge
The number of sessions varies for each person. We'll talk together about what makes sense for you, and you can ask questions about cost at any time.
